The theme of ASPC Forum 2025 is Nordic perspective in High Performance Sports. Nordic culture includes cooperation, trying your best and a never give up culture, which we call “SISU” here in Finland. Values of good governance, such as responsibility, equality and sustainable development also play significant roles in our culture. The program’s topics deal with these themes; leadership, the demands of world class sports, multidisciplinary work behind the athlete and the scientific support of coaching, with the perspectives of responsibility and sustainability.
